Serving Clients Since 1983
The firm was founded in 1983 by managing partner Bruce J. Embry as Burns, Clark and Embry. Although the name of the firm has changed in the intervening years, our dedication to our guiding principle has remained constant. Many of our attorneys have developed highly focused practices in niche areas such as real estate, disability law, special education law and construction law. As a result, we are known for providing legal services in areas not always available in other general practice law firms.
Boston Business Litigation Lawyers
The lawyers at the Cambridge law firm of Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry offer high-quality legal representation, counsel and advocacy in a wide range of practice areas. Our guiding principle is our commitment to providing exceptional and cost-effective personal service. The firm serves individuals, businesses, not-for-profit organizations, regulatory agencies and advocacy groups, representing their interests in state and federal courts at both the trial and appellate level. We also appear for clients before a variety of governing boards, municipalities and licensing agencies, as well as arbitrations and mediations.
We also undertake a wide range of business and corporate law matters. As in all our practice areas, we offer both litigation and transactional services to meet our clients' needs.
Our insurance defense practice is enhanced by the extraordinary experience of our attorneys, several of whom formerly worked in the insurance industry and have attained C.P.C.U. designation.
