Charles Campo is a recognized trial lawyer with over 25 years of experience litigating cases in both the federal and state courts. The focus of his practice is the prosecution and defense of complex litigation matters. In addition to his litigation practice, he is a certified mediator. Mr. Campo has extensive experience litigating, negotiating and settling complex cases.

Mr. Campo represents clients in a wide range of matters. His practice has included the representation of private individuals, business entities, corporate executives and public companies. He has acted as local counsel to the New York Rangers and former Red Sox second baseman, Marty Barrett.

He began his career as an Assistant District Attorney in Boston where he became Chief of one of the Felony Trial Divisions. As an Assistant District Attorney he gained extensive experience trying cases before juries. Mr. Campo investigated and prosecuted hundreds of cases with an emphasis on homicides and other major felonies.

Mr. Campo has been featured in the publications "Massachusetts Super Lawyers," "Boston's Top Rated Lawyers," the "Best Lawyers in America," consumer guide and Martindale-Hubbell's directory of pre-eminent lawyers. For over 20 years he has been the recipient of Martindale-Hubbell's highest (AV) peer review rating based upon confidential opinions from lawyers and members of the judiciary. Mr. Campo has been selected by "The National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 Trial Lawyers" for Massachusetts.

He has been recognized by several national organizations composed of attorneys who have obtained million dollar and multi-million dollar awards for their clients, including the Professional Techniques Library Service "Million Dollar Arguments."

Mr. Campo is admitted to practice in all the trial and appellate courts in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, the Federal District Court for the District of Massachusetts, the First Circuit Court of Appeals, the United States Tax Court and the Supreme Court of the United States. In addition to Massachusetts, he has appeared in the trial courts of New York and Rhode Island, the Federal District Court for the Southern District of New York, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. Mr. Campo has appeared before the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court, the Massachusetts Court of Appeals and the First Circuit Court of Appeals. He has briefed and filed a Petition for Writ of Certiorari to the Supreme Court of the United States.

Mr. Campo has represented clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters.
