Blakely E. Markham concentrates her practice on the representation of private schools and human service agencies serving individuals with disabilities, as well as other non-profit and for-profit entities and families of individuals with disabilities. Ms. Markham also represents individuals, businesses, and insurers in a broad range of civil matters, including premises liability, products liability, catastrophic injury and construction defects, and contractual matters. Ms. Markham has also represented individuals and corporations in a wide range of criminal matters, including charges of wire fraud, mail fraud, tax fraud, possession of illegal narcotics, and DUIs.
Blakely Markham received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law. Prior to that she attended the University of Colorado, Boulder, where she graduated magna cum laude. She is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts.
