Jeremy Y. Weltman joined Clark, Hunt & Embry’s Litigation Department in 2007. Mr. Weltman’s area of concentration is civil litigation including business, commercial, construction and tort litigation.
Prior to joining Clark, Hunt & Embry, Mr. Weltman was a civil litigation associate with Melick, Porter & Shea in Boston. At Melick, Porter & Shea, his work focused on general liability matters including premises liability, complex products liability, and insurance coverage.
Mr. Weltman graduated magna cum laude from the University of Denver in 2001 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and minors in Biology, Business Administration and Philosophy. During his time at the University of Denver, he was invited to join several esteemed honor societies including Phi Beta Kappa. Mr. Weltman earned his Juris Doctorate from Northeastern University School of Law in 2004.
While attending Northeastern University School of Law, Mr. Weltman participated in the University’s cooperative legal education program. Through the program, he worked as a legal intern for the Honorable Raymond J. Brassard of the Massachusetts Superior Court and several law firms in Boston and New York City.
Mr. Weltman is admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts as well as the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. Mr. Weltman is a member of the American Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association.
