Institutional Lenders:  Representing our institutional lenders in dealings with both residential buyers and commercial clients. CHA&E efficiently handles all aspects of representing our lender clients, inclusive of residential and construction loan documentation, "phase" residential and condominium development plans and contracts, and complete Title Insurance documentation and coverage.
