  • On behalf of disabled students, CH&E prevailed in the United States District Court action, Guckenberger v. Boston University, one of the most significant ADA cases in the late 1990s in this jurisdiction to advance the rights of the disabled against wrongful discrimination.

  • As part of our ongoing effort to improve the accessibility of public buildings and places in Massachusetts, CH&E recently settled an action against the Commonwealth and Plymouth County to bring Plymouth’s courthouse facilities into compliance with the ADA and other related statutes.
