Katharine M. Felluca joined Clark, Hunt, Ahern & Embry as a litigation associate in March of 2008. Ms. Felluca represents individuals, businesses and insurers in a diverse range of civil matters, with a primary focus on premises liability, products liability, motor vehicle accidents, catastrophic injury and construction defects. Ms. Felluca also represents private schools and human service agencies serving individuals with disabilities, as well as other non-profit and for-profit entities and families of individuals with disabilities.

Ms. Felluca graduated at the top of her class from the University at Albany, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a minor in Spanish. Ms. Felluca received her Juris Doctorate from Boston University School of Law, where she served as Technical Editor of the International Law Journal and studied trial practice under the instruction of Judge Young and Judge DelVecchio. While attending Boston University School of Law, Ms. Felluca also worked as a law clerk for the University of Massachusetts's General Counsel's Office, interned in the Legal Aid Society of Rochester's Housing Unit and provided pro bono legal services in New Orleans with the Student Hurricane Network.

Ms. Felluca is admitted to the Bars of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the U.S. District Court for the District of Massachusetts. She is a member of the Boston Bar Association and the Women's Bar Association of Massachusetts.
